SINGAPORE -> ATHENS – DELPHI – KALAMBAKA

Upon arrival, leave for Delphi via Thebes, Levadia and the picturesque village of Arachova which is on the slopes of Mt. Parnassus. In Delphi, visit the archaeological site and the museum. See the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythia and the Treasury of the Athenians. In the afternoon leave Delphi for an interesting trip through central Greece to Kalambaka (Meteora). Note: Delphi tour is a walking tour. It is advisable to wear comfortable shoe and bring along a bottle of water.

KALAMBAKA – METEORA – ATHENS

Today, we will visit Meteora with its impressive scenery, ageless monasteries that are suspended between earth and sky. Inside the monasteries see priceless historical and religious treasures. After lunch, we will return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia and Thermopylae. Note: For visit to the monasteries, shoulders must be covered; long skirts are required for ladies and long trousers for gentlemen.

ATHENS

After breakfast, transfer to city centre to start your Athens City Tour. We will see Syntagma Square, the House of Parliament and the Tomb to the Unknown Soldier. Then proceed to Athens Academy, the University and the National Library. Stop at the Pan-Athenaic Olympic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896. See the archaeological site of the Temple of the Olympian Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch. On the Acropolis, visit the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the Parthenon. Continue and visit the place where at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era, the new museum of Acropolis.

ATHENS - MYKONOS

This morning, transfer to the Athens port of Rafina and take a speed boat to the island of Mykonos. Mykonos is an example of unique Cycladic architecture. Beautiful whitewashed cube-like houses fitting closely to form a maze of narrow alley streets, stretches of golden sands, dazzling shades of blue and turquoise water. Today is a free day for you to explore the island. Why not join an optional half day Mykonos island tour and walking tour in town? Note: Porter is not available at the pier.

MYKONOS - SANTORINI

After breakfast, free time until afternoon transfer for your speed boat to island of Santorini. Be captivated by Santorini’s extraordinary beauty.
