SINGAPORE – TAIPEI - YILAN

Your vacation begins with a pleasant flight from Singapore to Taipei, capital city of Taiwan. Upon arrival, meet with local guide and continue the journey to SHANGRI-LA LEISURE FARM and participate in various farm activities such as releasing sky lantern, learning to make “Tang Yuan” (glutinous rice balls) and many more. Note: Farm’s activities are subjected to weather conditions and Taiwan environmental board has limited the number of sky lanterns to be released each night.

YILAN – HUALIEN

Begin today visit to NATIONAL CENTRE FOR TRADITIONAL ARTS. After that, let taking a train ride to HUALIEN and take an impressive tour of TAROKO NATIONAL PARK; the second largest national park in Taiwan, which is also one of the natural wonders of the world. TAROKO MONUMENTAL is designed in Chinese style and CHANG CHUN TEMPLE is to remember those who sacrificed their lives for building the central highway. Tonight let enjoy the buffet dinner in the hotel.

HUALIEN – TAITUNG

After breakfast, let transfer to harbor for WHALE & DOLPHIN WATCHING cruise tour. (Apr – Oct is the cradle of whale & dolphin-watching in Taiwan). After that, drive along East Coast Highway to Taitung. Enroute, we can have visit fruit plantation (base on season) and take a visit to Linzhi Tea House. Afternoon, we will visit the LONG TIEN VILLAGE and have an experience of eco cycling tour. Tonight, you will be able to indulge and relax with your stay in a TAITUNG 5* HOT SPRING RESORT. Taitung is known for its odorless alkaline hot spring water, making it the best in the area. Note: 1) In the event of bad weather, Whale & Dolphin Watching activity will be switched to visit Farglory Ocean Park.. Note: 2) Passenger who didn’t participate the cycling tour can take leisure stroll around A-DO Cycling centre or shop for souvenir in the centre. TAITUNG – KAOHSIUNG

Today, travel to Kaohsiung and take a visit to TEN DRUM VILLAGE, where you will find the traditional Taiwanese drumming in hopes of preserving the art and making it part of people’s daily lives. Thereafter, arrive at BUDDHA MEMORIAL CENTRE which is a Mahayana Buddhist cultural, religious and educational complex. The center is affiliated with Fo Guang Shan, one of Taiwan's largest Buddhist organizations. The center purportedly houses one of the tooth relics of Gautama Buddha, the founder of the Buddhist faith. In the evening, visit Kaohsiung’s most famous night market, LIUHE NIGHT MARKET for food hunt.

KAOHSIUNG – NANTOU – TAICHUNG

After breakfast, travel to the Nantou County; let visit the WEN WU TEMPLE, where the statue of Guan Gong, Yue Fei and Confucius are enshrined overlooking the lake. Thereafter, take an impressive CRUISE TOUR AROUND SUN MOON LAKE, the mirror-like calm water, the light of waves and different morning and evening scenery all year round makes it poetic and picturesque and visit the Local Minority Product Shop. Continue it; let learn about the cultural heritage of Taiwan’s 9 hill tribes, houses, and living styles and see traditional song-and-dance performances at FORMOSAN ABORIGINAL CULTURE VILLAGE. In the evening, visit FENGJIA NIGHT MARKET, located near Feng Jia University of Taichung City is the largest night market in Taiwan.

The day will begin with a trip to YEHLIU which is a cape on the north coast of Taiwan, home to fascinating rock formations, unique terrain, and abundant nature, making it one of the best must-see sights around the New Taipei City. Proceed to JIUFEN, the filming site of “Sad City”, where you can also try some famous local dish such as Taro and Sweet Potato Ball. Next, let visit to PINEAPPLE DIY FACTORY and experience the process of the Taiwan most famous pineapple tart. Next, visit the TIEN LU GALLERY to understand more about the traditional fine handicraft and continue on TAIPEI 101 SHOPPING MALL (viewing gallery ticket at own expenses) – World’s tallest building with a height of 508 meters and 101 stories above ground. Lastly, let arrives at XIMENTING, you can check out Taiwan’s latest fashion, trendy clothing’s and the famous yummy “Ah Zhong Mee Sua” at your own expenses.
