Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Yunnan province‟s “Spring City”, Kunming.Upon arrival, proceed to Yiliang Jiuxiang,take the cable car to Jiuxiang Scenic Region and explore the villages‟ stunning scenery and rich culture.

JIUXIANG – KUNMING

After breakfast, proceed to pick the „winter peach‟ (there might be some changes due to the weather condition or other factors) .After that,visit the Grand View Tower built during the reign of Emperor Kangxi. Located by Lake Dian and overlooking Xishan, Grand View Tower is a renowned spot for viewing the unparalleled, panoramic scenic view of the lake. Then, proceed first to visit Kunming‟s iconic landmark, Jinma Biji Square before heading to Nanping Pedestrian Street. After dinner, you can choose to view “Dynamic Yunnan” directed by Choreographer Yang Liping at your own expense. This critically acclaimed music and dance performance won the Mont Blanc International Arts Award in 2005. In 2009, the production toured worldwide and is the first Chinese art production that is acclaimed as “Great Performance” by the foremost PBS brand series.

KUNMING – JIANSHUI

After breakfast, proceed to Jianshui. Located in the southern part of Yunnan, Jianshui has been acclaimed as a “Literature of State” and “Vassal state during the Zhou dynasty in Yunnan” where its ethnic minority tribes primarily consists of the Yi and Hani ethnic minority tribes. Upon arrival, visit the Family Zhu’s Garden, built during the Qing dynasty by a pair of father and son with the surname “Zhu”. The estate is Yunnan‟s foremost private garden with a maze of courtyards, a pond, large garden and an ancestral hall. Jianshui is a city with many ancient wells with single, two, three, four or even twelve or more well mouth openings. In the last 600 years, many wells were constructed and stories associated with wells were aplenty. View the two and three well mouth openings near the Family Zhu‟s Garden. Thereafter, visit Jianshui Confucius Temple, built in the palace architectural style comprising a central axis structure. This complex includes a main hall, two side halls, three pavilions, four gates, five clan halls and eight memorial archways. Participate in a Tofu Workshop where you can learn the process of tofu making. Thereafter, visit the renowned South Gate Well which is still much used by the residents in the ancient city to draw water even when they have running tap water at home. The tofu made with South Gate Well water is pure like white jade and braised tofu is one of Jianshui‟s most famous local snacks. After dinner, take a leisurely stroll along Hanlin Street and Linan Road to soak in the nostalgic atmosphere of this ancient city.

JIANSHUI – YUANYANG

After breakfast, visit Tuanshan Village which was originally a Yi ethnic tribe village. Not-to-be missed is to view the historic and exquisite carvings on the doors and windows, which is typical of Jianshui Village‟s local buildings‟ architectural style. Besides the high quality and well-conserved state of the building, a high cultural value is also attached to it. Thereafter, coach to Yuanyang.

YUANYANG

After breakfast, admire the alluring and scenic view of sunrise over the rice terraces in Duoyishu (subject to weather conditions). Thereafter, head to rice terraces in Bada and explore Qingkou Folk Village, a well conserved natural folk village of the Hani ethnic minority tribe where over 180 Hani ethnic minority tribe households inhabit. Continue to view the magnificent sunset at rice terraces in Laohuzui, the best photography spot for taking photographs of the sunset.

YUANYANG – MILE

After breakfast, depart Yuanyang for Mile. Upon arrival, check into the five-star Huquan Resorts and Spa which is situated in Mile‟s most scenic Ecological Park of Huquan. Explore the over 3,000-hectare Ecological Park of Huquan, where its lake occupies 1,700 hectares of the garden. View the beautiful reflections of the scenery on the surface of the lake and enjoy a leisurely stroll along the sandy white beaches. Relax in the various outdoor hot spring pools like fresh flora bath and milk bath and admire the beautiful surrounding scenery.

MILE – KUNMING

This morning, you may spend your time at leisure relaxing at the ecological garden. During noon, proceed to Yunnan Red Wine Manor. Enjoy the Yunnan Red Wine Manor specialty lunch where red wine is used to enhance the flavour in the culinary process. After lunch, go on a guided tour to learn more about Mile‟s wine culture, grapes cultivation and the process of making quality wines introduced by the French missionaries. Discover how it gradually expanded to 20,000 hectares of vineyards that produce grape varieties used in the production of its world renowned premium red wines, as well as an over 4,000-square kilometres underground wine cellar. Thereafter, return to Kunming.

KUNMING

After breakfast, proceed to watch the soaring seagulls at Lake Dian. The red-mouth seagulls are migratory birds that fly long distances from North-Western Siberia‟s Lake Baikal to the Lake Dian every year from November to March in the following year to spend winter in Kunming. After lunch, proceed to Kunming‟s newest attraction, “City of Flowers”. Take a leisurely stroll in “China‟s Keukenhof Park”, Asia‟s largest greenhouse to admire colourful blooms throughout the four seasons. Continue to the garden shopping area to admire the world‟s largest jeweled sculpture which is encrusted with many priceless precious gems. Visit the world‟s first interactive museum which will bring you back in time to some 300 years ago where China and France had a spice trade treaty. Or step into the immersive experience of the floral and fauna world at the 4D cinema.

KUNMING – SINGAPORE
