SINGAPORE – CHENGDU

Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to the capital city of Sichuan – Chengdu, formerly known as “Bashu” during the ancient time. Check in hotel upon arrival.
Note: Dinner will be included for flights that arrive in the afternoon.

CHENGDU –HAILUOGOU

After breakfast, take a coach ride to Hailuogou. Trepassing Mt Erlang tunnel, enjoy the scenic coastal view.

HAILUOGOU

Today we will tour the Hailuogou Glacier Park (Inclusive of tram and cable car). The primeval forest in Hailuogou covers 70 square kilometers. From Base 3 Camp, ascend to Base 4 Camp (altitude 3400m) with cable car and walk along the winding mountain road. The glaciers are with various types, such as the ice lake, the ice tower, the ice bridge, the ice cave, the ice palace, etc. The glaciers are mainly distributed in Base Camp No.3 and Base Camp No.4. When you are touring the glaciers on the cableway, you will be astonished by such spectacular sightseeing. Hailuogou has rich hot spring resources. Opposite to Snow Mountain and glaciers, the hot spring in Hailuogou can bring warm to you every season. Cottages and spa pools are dotted in the forests. It is really special to enjoy the natural hot spring with therapeutic water. Bring along swimwear to rejuvenate in the benefit of the hot and cold spring. Autumn is also good for touring Hailuogou. The primeval forest turns amber red and golden against the stark contrast of the clear blue sky. The scenery of Hailuogou in autumn is also very beautiful.

HAILUOGONG – JIAJIANG

Enjoy a scenic drive, enjoying the snow cap along the way to Jiajiang.

JIAJIANG—MT EMEI(WITH CABLE CAR)—JIAJIANG

After breakfast, you will coach to Mt Emei. Mt Emei is one of the 4 famous Buddhism Mountains in China renowned for its breathtaking scenery, mysterious natural wonders and mythical Buddhism history. You will take a cable car ride to the Golden Peak to experience the capricious weather and beautiful scenery. At the Peak, we may walk along pathway to worship the 4-directions 10-faced Buddha, one of the 4 unique attractions, together with other sites like Jin Dian Hua Zang Temple and Yin Dian. If you are lucky, you will be able to see the famous wonder sights of the Golden Peak – the Sea of Clouds, the Buddha Rays, and Sacred Lamp etc.

JIAJIANG – LESHAN– CHENGDU

After breakfast, coach to Leshan and will take a boat ride to see the Leshan Buddha Statue. The statue (71 meters in height) is the world’s largest stone carved Buddha statue and has been listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Thereafter, we will coach ride back to Chengdu and will visit the Rubber products shop.

CHENGDU

After breakfast, visit Silk crafts shop. Visit the Giant Panda Breeding & Research Base where you will see the China’s national treasure – the Giant Panda; they are mischievous and adorable, some are hanging on the tree, some are rolling on the grassland; and even playing in a group etc. Visit Jade Museum.

CHENGDU— SINGAPORE

After breakfast, visit Baoshutang. You will take a stroll and explore the ancient Chengdu Culture at the Broad-Narrow Alley. It’s one of the 3 historic preservative areas of the Chengdu city. Next proceed to airport for your flight back to Singapore.
