Upon arrival, spend an exciting day at Sea World, Australia’s largest marine park. Enter the frozen world of Penguin Encounter, the stunning exhibit is home to the world’s 2nd– largest penguin species, the King penguin. Watch Jet Stunt Extreme show, featuring some of the world’s best jet–ski stunt performers cutting the biggest and best aerial tricks. Hop onto the Storm Coaster or Jet Rescue for the ride of your life! Definitely not for the faint–hearted!

After breakfast, head to Tweed River for your Catch a Crab cruise. Watch how crabs are trapped and caught. You will even have the chance to taste freshly cooked crabs. Next, get your hands and feet wet while yabby pumping if the tide permits. If you like fishing, you may also try your luck here. Thereafter, get your camera ready for spectacular pictures as you feed the pelicans. At the neighbouring oyster farm, you will have an opportunity to sample and purchase fresh farm oysters. Later, head to Tropical Fruit World, where you can find the world’s largest selection of tropical fruits all in one location. Go on a tractor train ride, indulge in seasonal fruits of the orchard and learn interesting facts behind fruits you have never tasted before. Next, visit Superbee Honeyworld to watch a live bee show and honey–making demonstration. At this attraction dedicated to nature’s sweet offering, you can discover how honey is produced, from beehive to bottle. Afterwards, you can purchase some excellent Australian honey to take home.

Spend the day at the exciting Movie World, known as Hollywood on the Gold Coast. Experience fun and thrills of galactic proportions as you take on the steepest inverted drop in the Southern Hemisphere on Green Lantern Coaster or try the heart–thumping and thrilling ride, Superman Escape. Enjoy The Lego Movie: The 4D Experience and ride on the scariest, spookiest and most spine–tingling rollercoaster, Scooby–Doo Spooky Coaster. You can also watch stunt drivers in action at the Hollywood Stunt Driver show.

This morning, return to Brisbane for your domestic flight to Melbourne. Upon arrival, embark on a city tour and drive past St Patrick’s Cathedral, Arts Centre Melbourne, Yarra River, Cooks’ Cottage and Shrine of Remembrance. Thereafter, visit Eureka Skydeck 88 for awe–inspiring views from the highest public vantage point in the Southern Hemisphere. Later, visit Something Aussie, where you may purchase local crafts, souvenirs and good products such as abalone, crunchy nougat, macadamia nuts and more at your own expense.

Melbourne – Phillip Island – Melbourne

After breakfast, visit Direct Factory Outlets at South Wharf, where you can find many
individual outlets and well–known labels under one roof. You can buy fashion apparel,
footwear, accessories and more at discounted prices. Thereafter, visit Warrook Cattle Farm for some farm activities. Go on a hayride and have a go at sheep shearing, cow milking or whip cracking. Feed kangaroos and wombats, and watch a sheepdog do its rounds. Enjoy a homestead lunch before heading to Penguin Reserve on Phillip Island, where you can watch the popular penguin parade. Behold the spectacular sight of colonies of penguins returning ashore to their sand burrows after feeding at sea. Return to Melbourne for your overnight stay.
