Singapore – Melbourne/ Sydney - Hobart
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Hobart via Melbourne/Sydney.

DAY 2 |
Hobart
Upon arrival, prepare your tummy for a procession of tasty treats, beginning with a visit to Barilla Bay oyster farm where you can learn more about the fascinating production process of oysters. Taste the freshness of the succulent oysters at the end of your guided tour. Next, proceed to Tas Live Abalone for a factory tour to get an insight of the wild abalone industry and enjoy an abalone-tasting session. Thereafter, embark on a city tour of Hobart. Drive past heritage homes in Battery Point. Ascend the summit of Mt Wellington for unsurpassed panoramic views of Hobart and its surroundings on a clear day.
Note Mt Wellington ascent is subject to weather conditions and will be replaced with Rosny Hill Lookout if unavailable. Meals: (Meals On Board/Lunch/Western Dinner)

DAY 3 |
Hobart – Port Arthur – Hobart
This morning, visit Salamanca Market to shop for food, souvenirs, clothes and accessories. Thereafter, travel to Tasman Peninsula and head to Port Arthur, widely regarded as Australia’s most intriguing historic site. Take a tour around the sprawling site for insights into the hardships endured by the convicts in the past. This will be followed by a cruise taking you past historic buildings and ruins set amongst beautiful gardens. Next, visit Sorell Fruit Farm for a farm tour. During spring and summer, you
may pick fruits and taste fruit wines. During other seasons, you will have the opportunity to shop for jams and other fruit products. Then, make a stopover at Richmond Village, which is famous for its elegant Georgian architecture including Australia’s oldest bridge. Note Salamanca Market is open on Saturdays only. Sorell Fruit Farm is open from October to May and is closed during the winter months from June to September, and will be replaced with Coal River Farm. Meals: (Breakfast/Chinese Dinner)

DAY 4 |
Hobart – Cradle Mountain
Today, begin your day with a visit to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary where you will get a chance to come face to face with animals that went extinct long ago. Meet the famous Tasmanian Devil and other native wildlife before continuing on to Curringa Farm, where you will go on a farm tour that includes sheep shearing, sheepdog herding and viewing crops in season. Then, head to The Honey Farm to sample a wide variety of honey including Tasmania’s famous leatherwood honey. Tonight, spend a serene night at Cradle Mountain, Tasmania’s most popular wilderness destination.

DAY 5 |
Cradle Mountain – Smithton
After breakfast, visit Dove Lake and take a short walk to the boat shed for remarkable
views of Cradle Mountain. Thereafter, head to Table Cape for a photo stop before embarking on a guided tour at Woolnorth Wind Farm. Then, visit the clifftop towers and the information centre. Next, visit the historic Woolnorth property homestead and the historic precinct, while driving through the wonderful dairy lands of the Van Diemen’s Land Company. Finally, make a stop at the breathtaking Cape Grim, where you will see the wonderful coastline, breathe the cleanest air in the world and witness all the islands off the northwestern coast of Tasmania. Stay overnight in Smithton. Meals: (Breakfast/Western Dinner)

DAY 6 |
Smithton – Stanley - Launceston
This morning, depart for Stanley and make a photo stop at Highfield Historic Site where you can have a historically accurate vision of a gentleman’s home and farm in the 1830s. Next, enjoy a leisure chairlift ride to the top of The Nut. Thereafter, visit The House of Anvers for a guided tour of the museum of chocolate and learn how chocolate came to be in the form we know it today. Stop over at Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm, where you may purchase different local products made from Raspberries. Visit Ashgrove Cheese to view the production of this well– loved dairy product and savour different types of cheese including the delectable chilli cheese. Then, proceed to 41° South Tasmania, where you will embark on a guided tour of the freshwater salmon ponds and get to savour smoked salmon.

DAY 7 |
Launceston
This morning, make a stop at Bridestowe Lavender Estate, where you may shop for a wide range of lavender-based products and souvenirs. Thereafter, visit Platypus House to watch Tasmanian platypuses in an indoor setting. Next, visit the tranquil Cataract Gorge Reserve, a beautiful natural amphitheatre located in the heart of Launceston. You may take an optional 308-metre long chairlift ride at your own expense. Then, proceed to Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company, where you may savour some award– winning jams and chutneys.
