| DAY 1 |
CHAOZHOU – (Approx 1 hour coach) SHANTOU – (Approx 2.5 hour coach) MEIZHOU
Tour Chaozhou city via eco-friendly coach, visit Kaiyuan Temple. Sample sweet preserves – preserved Foshou citrus fruit, plum, kumquats, etc from “Yangguangchaoyi” sweet preserves shop. You may want to purchase such as “ Laoyaoju (old medical orange) and yujiao (fish gelatin)” from the gift shop. Travel to Shantou, view the Binhai Changlang (Marine Corridor), People’s Square by coach. For lunch, savour the famous Chaoshan 18-style flavors, consisting of 18 different dishes. Next, head to Zhongshan Park, Piaoxiang snack store (at your own expense). Thereafter, visit Laoma Temple, a landmark for overseas Chinese to find their roots. Then, proceed to Meizhou to view Weilongwu, a unique local architecture. Dinner will be Meizhou Hakka cuisine. Take the eco-friendly coach ride along the Meijang River (at your own expense) to appreciate the beautiful scenery and feel the interesting evening life of local people.

MEIZHOU - (Approx 2.5 hours) YONGDING
After breakfast, visit the Hakka History Museum and Hakka Park. Next, visit Qianfo Ta ( Thousand Buddha Pagoda), a cultural icon of Meizhou. Then, visit Chuxi Earthen House complex, a UNESCO World Heritage site, for its “Architectural Wonder” and considered to be the “Most Beautiful Earthen House in Fujian Province”. Made up of five circular and ten square towers (Yuqing Lou, Jiqing Lou, Gengqing Lou, Shengqing Lou,etc),the complex is embroidered perfectly against a serene landscape and exemplifies artistic and architectural values. Among the buildings, Jiqing Lou, constructed in 1419, is one of the oldest circular Hakka Earthen Houses in China. It was the set of popular Television Series “Xia Nanyang”. Enjoy Hakka Earthen House cuisine including Hakka rice wine chicken, Yong Tau Foo, etc. Night tour of ”Hexing Lou” (at your own expense),where you can enjoy the night view of Tulou and the music bar. If you feel interesting, you can pay extra fee to sing Kara OK, drink beers or buy fireworks.

YONGDING – (Approx 3.5 hour coach) XIAMAN
After breakfast, return to Xiamen, lunch at “Haoqingxiang” restaurant for crispy spring roll, meat dumplings, and
various Hokkien food. Experience Chinese tea culture at a tea parlour. Tour the Nanputuo Temple, a complex constructed in the Tang dynasty. Visit the Silk store.At night, at your own expense; take the coach through the Xiamen Night Scene, tour the Night Market-the Zhongshan Road Shopping District and taste the local snacks. Get to sample Xiamen Spring roll for free. Dinner, at your own expense, will be at Zhongshan-lu commercial district. Meals: (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner-At your own expense)

XIAMEN
After breakfast, visit the iconic Haishangmingzhu (Pearl on the Sea) Tower at the city centre, featuring a panoramic bird’s eye view of the city. Head to Kin Eliya Green Health Centre. Taste Fujian oyster cake and Xiamen cuisine for lunch. Coach tour along the “Huandao Road(Island Ring Road)”, and enjoy the view of Kinmen from afar. Head down to Zengcuoan Village known as the “Most artistic village of China”. Visit the latex product shop. Next, visit Xiamen Laoyuanzi Folk Culture and Customs Garden. Watch <The Legend of Hokkien> Around China Show at your own expense. Laoyuanzi shows the lifestyle of ordinary fishermen and their families in southern Fujian. It depicts the lives of Hokkien Chinese who migrated to Southeast Asia near the end of the Qing Dynasty.

SINGAPORE - XIAMEN – (Approx 4 hours coach) CHAOZHOU
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Xiamen. Upon arrival, coach to ancient city of Chaozhou. On the way, taste Zhangzhou “Taiwan Specialty” – Green Tea Taro Cake.View the ancient Xiangzi Bridge, Guangji Gate from afar. Taste authentic Chaozhou cuisine for dinner.
