This morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Upon arrival, visit the famous Hwange National Park, where you can find all of Zimbabwe’s protected animals. Spend your afternoon at the viewing platform, overlooking the waterhole observing the animals and their interactions. This evening, get adventurous for a night guided game drive and view the nocturnal species that inhabit the area.

Hwange National Park – Victoria Falls

This morning, enjoy a guided game drive. Thereafter, head back to Victoria Falls and embark on a tour of the falls. During high water level season from February to July, see the waters thunder into the gorge of Zambezi River, creating a mist that keeps the surrounding area permanently wet. This magnificent setting has rendered Victoria Falls as one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Johannesburg – Pretoria – Game Reserve

After breakfast, depart to Pretoria, South Africa’s administrative capital, to see Voortrekker Monument. Drive past Church Square and Union Buildings, the site of the. Inauguration of President Mbeki and Nelson Mandela. Thereafter, proceed to a game lodge. Upon arrival, set off in an open-top bush vehicle for a guided game drive in the late afternoon. View and photograph abundant wildlife at close range and enjoy the breathtaking African sunset while your ranger explains the animals’ survival tactics in the wilderness.

Minimum age for game drive applies and is subject to each game reserve’s rules and regulations. Children under 2 years old are not allowed on the game drive and must be left behind under the supervision of 1 adult.

Embark on an early morning guided game drive. Thereafter, spend the day at leisure. You may want to relax in the hotel and enjoy the hotel facilities, book an additional game drive at your own expense, or book an optional transfer to visit Sun City at your own expense.

After breakfast, visit Lion & Safari Park for an amazing experience as you will be taken through the Lion, Wild dog and Cheetah enclosures. Proceed to Soweto Township, the site of the tragic 1976 riots. Despite its crowded and chaotic conditions, there is still a tangible sense of community in these neighborhoods that you cannot find in the orderly, walled suburbs. Thereafter, proceed to Nelson Mandela Square for a view the Statue of Nelson Mandela and some shopping.

Johannesburg– Cape Town

Transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival, visit an ostrich farm, where you may have opportunities to take photos with one of these birds. Enjoy an ostrich lunch before embarking on a city tour, driving past Castle of Good Hope, the restored fort of Cape Town, City Hall, Houses of Parliament and the historic Malay quarter. Take a cable car ride to ascend the famous Table Mountain, if weather permits. Thereafter, proceed to Signal Hill to enjoy the views of Cape Town. Next, visit a local flea market to shop for traditional crafts and souvenirs.

Enjoy a full-day tour of Cape Peninsula to visit the Atlantic suburbs of Sea Point, Clifton, Camps Bay as well as Hout Bay. Enjoy a leisure boat ride to Seal Island, if weather permits. Drive past Muizenberg and stop at the seaside Fish Hoek for a scrumptious lobster lunch. Continue to Boulders Beach in Simon’s Town to catch a glimpse of the endangered African penguins. Thereafter, travel along False Bay to Cape of Good Hope. Visit Cape Point, popularly believed to be the meeting point of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans

This morning, enjoy a 12-minute scenic helicopter ride over Cape Town. Next, escape to the beauty and tranquility of Stellenbosch, the 2nd-oldest town in South Africa. Tour a local winery and enjoy a winetasting session. Thereafter, head to Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, the entertainment centre of Cape Town, for some shopping.
