Pinnacles, Koalas and Sand Boarding 4WD Adventure with Lunch

After stopping at Caversham Wildlife Park in the Swan Valley to view koalas and hand feed kangaroos, we travel to the lobster fishing town of Cervantes for lunch. We stop at the Lobster Shack for an informative talk about the lobster industry, followed by a selfguided tour through the purpose built factory. Then it’s onwards to the mystical Pinnacles Desert for an easy paced walk through the fascinating landscape where you will be in awe at the sheer size and number of these spires. Afterwards enjoy a thrilling experience of sand boarding and 4-wheel driving over the vast sand dunes of Lancelin.

Wildflower viewing stops are made only in season. Return to Perth at approximately 7.30pm.

Notes
Sometimes due to soft sand dunes delays may occur. Tour is not suitable for pregnant women, people with back problems or infants. Infants 0-4 are free when travelling with an adult however do not occupy a seat and will not be provided meals on tour. Infants will not be accepted on the 4WD component of this tour. A parent will be required to disembark the coach with the infant for the 4WD component of the tour. Profusion of wildflowers depends on weather and other conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee sightings. Wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a hat and your camera. Tour may operate within a 4WD and/or coach, depending on passenger numbers. The adventure component of the tour will always operate in a 4WD vehicle.

Wave Rock, York, Wildflowers & Aboriginal Culture with Lunch

Heading east we enjoy morning tea (own expense) at historic York, the first township founded in the Avon Valley. Visit the Dog Cemetery before arriving in Hyden.

We then visit Hippo’s Yawn, a rock formation which resembles a hippo yawning. Break for a buffet lunch at the Wildflower Shop.

See the spectacle of Wave Rock and the ancient Gnamma Holes. Whilst here visit either a wildlife Park or view the unique Antique Lace Collection.Leaving Wave Rock we visit The Humps and Mulka’s Cave.We return to Perth via a different route and stop at the quaint country town of Babakin for afternoon tea prepared by the Country Women’s Association (own expense). Wildflower viewing stops are made in season. Arrive in Perth at approximately 8.30pm

Margaret River, Cave, Wine, Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse & Busselton Jetty with Lunch

Travelling south we stop for morning tea (own expense) at the iconic Busselton Jetty, the longest timber jetty in the southern hemisphere.
We continue south to the Margaret River Wine Region to enjoy lunch at a Margaret River brewery and indulge in complimentary beer tastings. Next we head out to explore Mammoth Cave on a guided tour.

Pass through the stunning Boranup Forest and be awestruck at the size of these massive Karri trees. Afterwards, visit Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse the diving point between the Southern and Indian Oceans.

Visit a local winery, taste some of the very best wines of the region whilst gaining some insight in to the industry.
Heading back towards Margaret River make a brief stop in the township where you have free time to stroll the main street.

We break at a cafe for a light dinner (own expense) before returning home to Perth, arriving back approximately 9.30pm.

Rotness Island Day Tour

A Rottnest Express coach will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to Pier 2, Barrack Street Jetty, the departure point of your tour. At 8.45am depart by ferry to commence a full day Discover Rottnest tour (boarding closes at 8.30am). Cruise to Rottnest Island arriving at approximately 10.45am. Explore the beauty and tranquility of Rottnest as you relax in the comfort of an air-conditioned coach. This 90 minute tour of the island takes you to some of Rottnest's most spectacular locations and provides you with a complete interpretation of the island. Get an insight into the island's cultural and historical heritage, diverse wildlife, fauna and social heritage. You will also have a chance to stroll along the boardwalk at the majestic look out point at West End. Enjoy free time at your leisure before boarding the ferry by 3.55pm to depart the island. (Please reconfirm departure time as ferry times may change depending on the season). Cruise back to Barrack Street Jetty Perth, arriving at approximately 5.45pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence.
