PRAGUE
Upon arrival, begin your tour of Prague with a visit to Prague Castle, the largest ancient castle in the world, St Vitus Cathedral, the biggest and most important church in the country, Golden Lane and the famous Wenceslas Square, the cultural, social and business hub of Prague. Not to be missed is Astronomical Clock, where a crowd gathers at the start of every hour to admire the procession of the Apostles and other allegorical figures. Take a stroll on the medieval Charles Bridge, the symbol of the city of Prague, and admire the statues that flank both sides of the bridge.

PRAGUE – KARLOVY VARY
Today, admire the Bohemian landscapes as you travel west to Karlovy Vary, sometimes known by the German name of Karlsbad or Carlsbad. The town is historically famous for its hot springs and is the most popular spa town in the Czech Republic. Visit Moser Glassworks and marvel at the beautiful crystalware. You can also learn more about the beauty and uniqueness of the art of glassmaking at the museum. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. You may opt to admire the elegant spa colonnades and the ornamental fountains around the city. Alternatively, sample the curative thermal spring waters and the light spa wafers. You may also wish to taste the town’s legendary herbal liqueur at your own expense.

KARLOVY VARY – CESKY KRUMLOV – CESKE BUDEJOVICE
This morning, continue to Cesky Krumlov, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in the southwest of the Czech Republic. Embark on a walking tour of the Old Town starting at the landmark of the region, Cesky Krumlov Castle, which dominates the town centre and looms over red-tile roofs, stone bridges and a labyrinth of cobblestone streets. Marvel in awe as you snap photographs of the picture-perfect houses snaking through the surrounding hills and the Vltava River.

CESKE BUDEJOVICE – VIENNA
Traverse across the border into Austria and arrive in the beautiful city of Vienna, otherwise known as Wien. Embark on a city tour to view significant landmarks from Ringstrasse to Vienna State Opera, Hofburg, Parliament building, City Hall and Burgtheater. Thereafter, head to a major Viennese attraction, Schonbrunn Palace. Schonbrunn Palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Austria’s most visited attraction. This Baroque synthesis of different arts, consisting of a palace and gardens, has been in the possession of the Habsburgs for centuries, and has been restored to its original condition.

VIENNA – BRATISLAVA
This morning, depart to Bratislava, the largest city and the capital of Slovakia. View Primate’s Square, Bratislava’s main square. Historically, this square was a market and an arena for public occasions such as the welcoming of a monarch. Today, this beautiful area is perfect for relaxation with a view that includes a Renaissance fountain and the 15th-century Old Town Hall. Then, explore St Martin’s Cathedral, Bratislava’s largest church from the 14th century. This is also where coronations took place. Take a sightseeing tour of Grassalkovich Palace, the residence of the President of Slovakia, the unique Bratislava Castle that resembles an upturned table atop a hill, and Devin Castle that is located on the border of 2 countries and 2 rivers.

BRATISLAVA – BUDAPEST
This morning, explore Budapest, the administrative, business and cultural centre of Hungary. The Castle District is the premier destination for visitors and contains some of Budapest’s most important monuments and museums. The main sights of the twin cities of Buda and Pest include Heroes’ Square, a magnificent reminder of Hungary’s influence during the celebrated Austro-Hungarian Empire, Fisherman’s Bastion and Gellert Hill, both of which offer panoramic views of the city. Next, you can spend your time at leisure or take a stroll along Danube River, which pulses through the heart of Central and Eastern Europe.
