DAY 1 |
SINGAPORE – SIEM REAP
Assemble at the airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Siem Reap – a small colonial town, charming and pleasant enough to roam around, with some fine examples of French colonial architecture. Upon arrival, proceed to Angkor Silk Farm which consists of 8 hectares in rural Cambodia (16km west of Siem Reap Town). Visitors will discover and understand the whole silk production process, from Mulberry tree growing to silk weaving. Then proceed to a cruise at Tonle Sap Lake (largest inland body of water); enjoy the spectacular views as you cruise along the lake, which enable you to see one of Asia’s largest fishing villages. On the way back to town, visit Artisans D’Angkor to discover the traditional Khmer techniques used for stone and wood carving, lacquering and gilding. The numerous items made in the workshops are inspired by the rich Cambodia heritage. If time permits, proceed to Old Market/ Pub Street for some shopping of local products. Tonight, enjoy your dinner with Khmer traditional dance show.

DAY 2 |
SIEM REAP
This morning, visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, a 3km walled royal city and was the last capital of the Angkorian Empire. After Jayavaman VII recaptured the Angkorian capital from the Cham invaders in 1181, he began a massive building campaign across the empire, constructing Angkor Thom as his new capital city. The ancient walled city of Angkor Thom contains the famous Bayon Temple with its more than 200 enormous, mysterious smiling faces. Next, visit to the Terrace of the Elephants, the impressive two and half-meter tall wall spanning the heart of Angkor Thom in the front of Baphoun and Phimeanakas with carved elephants and giant garudas adorn the wall. Terrace of the Leper King – a double terrace at the north end of the Terrace of the Elephants with deeply carved nagas, demons and other mythological beings. After lunch, visit Angkor Wat – the World Heritage. Angkor Wat is one of the largest temples in the world, with a volume of stone equalling that of the Cheops pyramid in Egypt. The temples of Angkor, built from 879 - 1191AD, when the Khmer civilization was at the height of its development, represent one of humankind's most astonishing and enduring architectural achievements. In the evening, proceed to watch sunset at Phnom Bakheng.

DAY 3 |
Siem Reap
After breakfast, proceed to a 20km north of Angkor almost at the foot of the Kulen Mountains and visit the remarkable small temple of Banteay Srei. Banteay Srei (“The Citadel of the Women”) – this fabled pink temple of the women, made of pink sandstone and considered a tribute to the beauty of women. Its small size, delicate carvings and remarkable state of preservation makes it one of everyone’s favourite temples. Next, visit Ta Prohm – a temple in its ‘natural state’. Surrounded by jungle, its labyrinth of stone hallways is overgrown with the roots and limbs of the massive Banyan trees which envelope the stones like tentacles. After lunch, visit the Roluos group. Located 12km southeast of Siem Reap, the first major capital of the Angkorian era Khmer Empire. The three monuments in the Ruluos Group, located 12km southeast of Siem Reap, offer a look at the earliest definition of Khmer civilization. These temples, Bakong, Lolei and Preah Ko, were built in the 9th century under Indravarman I.
