* Fly to Jodhpur An urban sea of indigo washed buildings, Jodhpur in the Indian state of Rajasthan certainly earns its name as "The Blue City." Sitting on an arid swath of land near the Thar Desert bordering Pakistan, the blue cubist outpost makes for an interesting contrast between man, beauty and the natural setting. * Drive pass : Jaswant Thada To the left of the Mehrangarh Fort complex is the Jaswant Thada of Jodphur, Rajasthan. It is an example of architectural brilliance in India. This white marble memorial is built out of intricately carved sheets of marble. * Visit : Meherangarh Fort The city can best be seen from the ramparts of the mighty Meherangarh Fort, which looms high above the buzzling city. Sprawled across a 125m high hill, this is the most formidable fort in fort-studded Rajasthan. Meals: Lunch / Dinner

JODHPUR → JAISALMER
* Visit : Gadisar Tank
Located south of the city walls, Gadisar Tank was once the water supply of the city and there are many small temples and shrines around it. The attractive gateway which arches across the road down to the tank is said to have been built by a famous prostitute. * Visit : Jaisalmer Fort Jaisalmer Fort, the only living fort in India today, built by Rawal Jaisal in the 12th century with a population of 5,000. Within the fort lies the Jain Temples built between 12th and 15th centuries. * Visit : Market Place → Patwon Ki Haveli → Salim Ki Haveli Move on across the Market Place to Patwa Haveli and Salim Ki Haveli. This magnificent of all the Jaisalmer havelis stands in a narrow lane exquisitely carved from golden-yellow sandstone and are still in a beautiful condition. Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

JAISALMER → MANVAR

Embark on a camel safari. What better way to spend a day than on camel back, gazing at groups of frisky chinkara - shy Indian gazelle - as they make their way across the silent sands, see herds of cattle and sheep roaming around, sometimes grazing, sometimes wandering, as if under the watchful eye of a greater shepherd in a cloud-less sky. * Visit : City Palace, Jantar Mantar City Palace, known for its stunning architecture. Built in 18th century, the huge masonry instruments at Jantar Mantar (Observatory) were used to study the movement of constellations and stars it the sky. * Photo / View : Hawa Mahal The renowned Palace of the Winds or Hawa Mahal built in 1799, is one of the prominent tourist attractions in Jaipur city. It was originally designed for the royal ladies to watch and enjoy the processions and other activities of the street below. * Fun : Choki Dhani Presenting true colors of Rajasthani culture, Chokhi Dhani is a popular and remarkable attraction of Jaipur. It is an ethnic village resort offering you all type of entertainment options including dance, music, food etc. The evening activities at Chokhi Dhani include magic shows, puppet shows, Rajasthani dance, Rajasthani folk music, future tellers, acrobatics on a bamboo and luck predicting parrots.
