DAY 2

KOCHI → ALLEPPEY (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
* Drive 2 hours to Alleppey
* Experience : Cruise on the backwaters Board your private houseboat for an unforgettable experience of cruising on the backwaters that lets you delve into nature’s magical realm. The coastal regions of Kerala have a network of waterways, inlets from the sea and estuaries of over 40 rivers, lakes and natural canals connecting coastal towns. This interlinked body of waterways is known as the backwaters in Kerala. Many unique species of aquatic life including crabs, frogs and mudskippers, water birds such as terns, kingfishers, darters and cormorants and animals such as otters and turtles lie in and alongside the backwaters. Palm trees, various leafy plants and bushes are a common feature along the backwaters, coloring the surrounding landscape, a rich green. DAY 3

ALLEPPEY → KOCHI (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
* Drive back to Kochi / Kochi City Tour
* Visit : St Francis Church Oldest European built church in India * Visit : Paradesi Synagogue Oldest active synagogue in the Commonwealth of Nations, located in Kochi. Built in 1568 by the Malabar Yehudan people or Cochin Jewish community in the Kingdom of Cochin. * Visit : Mattancherry Palace Museum Built by the Portuguese in 1557 and presented to Raja Veera Kerala Vama of Kochi, the palace was renovated in1663 by the Dutch. On display here are beautiful murals depicting scenes from the epics Ramayana and Mahabharata and some of the Puranic Hindu legends. The palace also houses Dutch maps of old Kochi, palanquins, coronation robes of former maharajas of Kochi as well as period furniture. * Visit : Chinese Fishing Nets These nets line the shore and at the same time silhouetted against sunset, presenting a magnificent sight of the waterfront. Note : No shorts, no sandals, no sleeveless tops when visiting the Paradesi Synagogue (closed on Fridays and Saturdays) / Mattancherry Palace Museum is closed on Fridays |
DAY 4

KOCHI → MUNNAR (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
* Drive 4 hours to Munnar
* Visit : Eco Point This scenic place gets its name from the natural echo phenomenon. Situated on the way to Top Station from Munnar, it is a stopover for tourist visiting Top Station – the highest point in Munnar and the rare Neelakurinji blooms here. * Visit : Mattupetty Lake and Dam Surrounded by wooden hills and tea plantations, the lake makes for a great view. You may wish to pay for boating on the calm serene Mattupetty Lake. The lake is on the border of a forest and if you are lucky you could sight elephant herds strolling on the grass land. * Visit : Tea Museum Drive past tea plantations with a stop at the Tea Museum where guides will brief you on tea production, information on machineries, tea processing and tea tasting. Apart from this, you can also see collection of old bits and pieces from the colonial era. * Visit : Munnar Town A typical Indian Town with shops and guest houses *Note : Half day guide service for Munnar tour only |

MUNNAR → KOCHI → SINGAPORE (Breakfast / Dinner)
