Your vacation begins with a pleasant flight to Melbourne, Garden City of Australia.

MELBOURNE CITY (Chinese Lunch/Thai Dinner)

Upon arrival, commence on a Melbourne city tour and pass through bustling Flinders Street Station and Federation Square, the iconic landmark of Melbourne. Take a wander of Fitzroy Gardens and perhaps visit Captain Cook's cottage (at your own expense). We will make a brief stop at St. Patrick's Cathedral for a photo before we continue our journey to see Parliament House and Chinatown. Next, explore your way through iconic food halls and heritage sheds where the banter is as fresh as the produce at Queen Victoria Market. Drive past the precinct of Docklands before arriving at The District Docklands (formerly known as Harbour Town DFO) for some outlet shopping. We will end the day at the Southern Hemisphere's only Giant Observation Wheel, by taking a ride on Melbourne Star Wheel for breath-taking views of Melbourne and surrounds.

This morning let’s make our way to Sherbrooke Forest and embark on a scenic ride along the Dandenong Ranges, onboard the century-old Puffing Billy Steam Train. Next jump on the tractor for a fruit tasting experience at Rayner's Stone fruit Orchard. After dark, witness the Penguin Parade where the world's smallest penguins emerge from the sea and waddle to their burrows.

This morning, depart for the domestic flight to Sydney-the capital city of New South Wales. Upon arrival, commence on a Sydney City Tour with a drive past Chinatown and Sydney's birthplace - The Rocks area with Circular Quay and Mrs. Macquarie's Chair. Next, enjoy a panoramic view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the famous Sydney Opera House.

After breakfast, a lovely day awaits you at Port Stephens. Explore the sand dunes on a 4WD Adventure Tour to the stunningly beautiful "Desert by the Sea". Why not try sandboarding (up to 40 meters high). It will be an exciting and thrilling experience you won't forget! Next board a luxury Dolphin Watch Cruiser to spot for the pods of bottlenose dolphins – watch as they play on the bow waves or why not ride the Boom Net to get closer to these friendly mammals! Subsequently, visit Murray's Port Stephens Winery for some wine tasting.
