Welcome to New Zealand! Upon arrival, you will be transfer by shared shuttle from airport to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day exploring Christchurch or take a rest at your hotel.

Christchurch – Fox Glacier

Today Seat in Coach Passengers will enjoy the world renowned Tranz Alpine scenic train journey from Christchurch across the vast Canterbury Plains before climbing the Southern Alps. It will then descend through the lush beech rain forest to the West Coast town of Greymouth. Here, catch the different the stunning scenic view as you relax onboard. For Self-Drive passengers, you will start the day by collecting your rental vehicle before driving across the plains and over the Southern Alps. The journey offers some fabulous photo opportunities including a spectacular Otira Viaduct.
From Greymouth, both groups will continue towards the south along the rugged West Coast to the Glacier region. Stay overnight in the Fox Glacier Township.

Fox Glacier – Queenstown

Embark on one of New Zealand’s most spectacular touring days. With changing scenery from wild West Coast beaches and abundant rainforest to vast mountain vistas and on to the Southern Lakes District, the sights keep you excited throughout. Arrive in Queenstown for a two night stay.

Today, you are at leisure to enjoy a full day of activities and sightseeing! IMany optional activities are available for you to experience such as the Shotover Jet, Appellation Wine Tours, Dart River Jet Boat Safari, Nomad 4WD drive adventures and many more. You may also enjoy the Skyline Gondola where you will find a spectacular panoramic view of the region (additional costs apply). We would be happy to pre-book any of these if you opt to do so.

Queenstown – Milford – Te Anau

Enjoy a full day trip leaving from Queenstown and travel alongside the beautiful Lake Wakatipu to the Lakeside town of Te Anau. After a short stop here, your journey continues along the Milford Sound road passing through some of New Zealand’s most stunning scenery. Cruise along with lunch, on their modern boat where you will be spoilt with unlimited, close-up viewing of waterfalls, wildlife and rainforests. After which return to Te Anau where you will stay for one night.

Te Anau – Dunedin

A half day journey will take you to Dunedin, an historic city with beautiful old buildings including the Dunedin Railway Station building. Arrive in time to partake in an optional Speight’s Brewery tour or an excursion to visit the wildlife on the Otago Peninsula. You may also opt for a trip to ‘Natures Wonders’, where you will experience a genuine New Zealand sheep farm which includes penguin sightings and seals. To enjoy Natures Wonders, we recommend you to pre-book a tour with Awesome Wildlife Eco Tours (optional), which we can arrange for you if opt to do so.

Dunedin – Christchurch

Return to Christchurch along the eastern coast of the South Island, passing through the towns of Oamaru and Timaru. Stay for a night in Christchurch before your departure.

Christchurch – Singapore

Travellers will be transferred from the hotel to the Christchurch Airport while self-drive passengers return their rental cars to the depot before departing. You may extend your stay (at an additional cost) if you choose to do so.
