DAY 1
Arrival at Ho Chi Minh City (Dinner)
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, there will be transfer provided to bring you to the hotel. After checking in the hotel, you will begin on a half day city tour in the dynamic Ho Chi Minh City. Firstly, make a stop at the War Museum, a major tourist attraction containing exhibits relating to the American phase of the Vietnam War. Then, visit the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral (external only) and General Post Office. Here, you will find ancient buildings with French colonial architecture style. Have dinner at an intimate restaurant.
DAY 2
Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnel – Vung Tau (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, leave Ho Chi Minh City for the Cu Chi tunnels. Here, you will have the opportunity to witness how rice paper is made and explore the amazing labyrinth of tunnels used by the guerrillas during the war. Next, have lunch at a local restaurant before proceeding to Vung Tau, a well-known coastal resort 125 km southeast of Ho Chi Minh City. In the evening, have dinner at a local, popular restaurant.
DAY 3
Vung Tau – Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, proceed to visit the Jesus Monument and the Whale Temple. Thereafter, you will head for lunch before your transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, visit and shop at Ben Thanh market which is always loaded with a variety of consumer goods such as cakes and candies, food and foodstuff, and particularly high-quality fruit and vegetables. Enjoy a water puppet show, a unique art performance of Vietnam. Have dinner at local restaurant.
DAY 4
Depart from Ho Chi Minh (Breakfast)
Today, after breakfast, you will have some leisure time before your transfer back to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your flight back to Singapore.
