Today we will tour the Hailuogou Glacier Park (Inclusive of tram and cable car). The primeval forest in Hailuogou covers 70 square kilometers. From Base 3 Camp, ascend to Base 4 Camp (altitude 3400m) with cable car and walk along the winding mountain road. The glaciers are with various types, such as the ice lake, the ice tower, the ice bridge, the ice cave, the ice palace, etc. The glaciers are mainly distributed in Base Camp No.3 and Base Camp No.4. When you are touring the glaciers on the cableway, you will be astonished by such spectacular sightseeing. Autumn is also good for touring Hailuogou. The primeval forest turns amber red and golden against the stark contrast of the clear blue sky. The scenery of Hailuogou in autumn is also very beautiful.

After breakfast, you will coach to Mt Emei. Mt Emei is one of the 4 famous Buddhism Mountains in China renowned for its breathtaking scenery, mysterious natural wonders and mythical Buddhism history. You will take a cable car ride to the Golden Peak to experience the capricious weather and beautiful scenery. At the Peak, we may walk along pathway to worship the 4-directions 10-faced Buddha, one of the 4 unique attractions, together with other sites like Jin Dian Hua Zang Temple and Yin Dian. If you are lucky, you will be able to see the famous wonder sights of the Golden Peak – the Sea of Clouds, the Buddha Rays, and Sacred Lamp etc.

JIAJIANG—LESHAN—YIBING

Explore Leshan and will take a boat ride to see the Leshan Buddha Statue. The statue (71 meters in height) is the world’s largest stone carved Buddha statue and has been listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site., thereafter head to Yibing.

YIBIN - JIAJIANG

Today, we will enjoy a full day tour at the Sichuan Bamboo Forest which is one of the top 40 best China’s tourism sightseeing. The Colorful Waterfall with 10m in width and 81m in height was one of the main attractions. The waterfall is like a kaleidoscopic under the strong sunshine and that’s where it got its name. The Wangyou Valley is a narrow long valley that was shaded with abundance of bamboo. Next, we will ascend to the Guanhai Pavilion for a bird eyes’ view of the whole bamboo forest. The bamboo rafting is the local specialty and you may enjoy rafting within the beautiful paradise – Haizhonghai Lake and walk through the Emerald Gallery to see the fascinating types of bamboos. Lastly, we will take the cable car ride, hovering at the top of the bamboo forest for a bird eyes’ view of China’s spectacular bamboo forest.

After breakfast, coach back to Chengdu. We take a stroll and explore the ancient Chengdu Culture at the Broad-Narrow Alley. It’s one of the 3 historic preservative areas of the Chengdu city.

After breakfast, visit Silk crafts shop before proceeding to the Giant Panda Breeding & Research Base where you will see the China’s national treasure – the Giant Panda; they are mischievous and adorable, some are hanging on the tree, some are rolling on the grassland; and even playing in a group etc. Visit Jade Museum.
