Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Kaohsiung. Upon arrival, proceed to Pingtung, the southernmost province of Taiwan. Start your day by visiting Paradise of Deer, also known as Taiwan’s Narar where you can get up close to these near extinction deer. Thereafter, head to Kenting, the southernmost city in Taiwan to Eluanbi Lighthouse, an over 100-year-old lighthouse located on Cape Eluanbi. Next, proceed to Longpan Park to admire the remarkable picturesque scenery of the cape. This evening, check in to YOHO Beach Resort and Club for your resort stay and enjoy the Jacuzzi facilities.

Pingtung – Tainan

This morning, head to the famous harbour in Pingtung to visit Donggang Fish Market
where you may enjoy fresh seafood at your own expense. Thereafter, proceed to Tainan. Along the way, stop over at Tianliao Moon World to view its spectacular scenery. The desolate beauty of the barren land mirroring that of the Moon’s surface is a result of the strong erosion from rain and stream over the years. Next, proceed to visit Jingzaijiao Tilepaved Salt Field and learn the traditional way of drying, mining and collecting salt with a salt harvesting experience at the 1st salt field in northern Tainan. With over 180 years of history, it is the only remaining ancient salt field in Taiwan. This evening, explore the popular Tainan Night Market to savour an array of mouth-watering local snacks as you browse the shops selling the latest fashion, shoes, bags and accessories.

Tainan

After breakfast, proceed to Taijiang National Park and take a boat ride to explore the
mangrove forest at Sicau Green Tunnel, popularly known as Taiwan’s miniature Amazon River. Next, proceed to view an invigorating drumming performance at Ten Drum Culture Village which has been nominated in the Grammy Awards. You will also have a hands on drumming experience. Thereafter, visit the newest landmark attraction, Chimei Museum. It is a comprehensive museum with a wide expanse of Western art, sculptures, musical instruments, weaponry and natural history.

Tainan - Kaohsiung

This morning, proceed to visit Lotus Lake, the famous scenic area located in the city of
Kaohsiung. Be amazed by the fascinating view as you cross a zigzag bridge which links to the uniquely decorated Dragon and Tiger Pagodas. Next, head to a traditional tea cultural centre before proceeding to Kaohsiung’s latest amusement attractions, Taroko Park and Suzuka Circuit Park. Enjoy a complimentary Ferris wheel ride and have fun trying other rides at your own expense. Thereafter, enjoy a ferry ride to Qijin Old Street and take a trip back to the good old days.

Amusement ride tickets at Suzuka Circuit Park range from NTD60 to NTD150. For mini Suzuka circuit racing activities, tickets cost about NTD800 per person. Prices are subject to change.

Kaohsiung

Today, visit a lingzhi speciality centre and pearl cultural centre before heading to Dashu district in Kaohsiung to learn about the process of growing pineapples, and enjoy picking and tasting pineapple. Next, make your way to Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum, the largest Buddhist complex in Taiwan. Thereafter, head to Meinong Folk Village to experience Hakka culture and participate in a DIY thunder tea session, a healthy teabased speciality which Hakka nobles used to serve to their important guests. This evening, immerse yourself in Xin Juejiang District. It is the famed shopping district of Kaohsiung and the city’s epicentre to shop and people watch.

Enjoy picking and tasting 1 pineapple per traveller, or other available fruits if pineapple is unavailable at time of visit. Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum is closed on Tuesdays and will be replaced with a visit to Fo Guang Shan.
