SINGAPORE – LONDON – WINCESTER (Drive Time: 1 hr)

Upon arrival, collect your rental car at the airport. Start your exploration by heading up to The View from The Shard to enjoy a bird's-eye view of one of the world's most iconic cities. Thereafter join the Warner Bros. Studio Tour to explore the magic of the Harry Potter films. Step on to the authentic sets and relive the magic through the eyes of the filmmakers who brought the Harry Potter film series to life. Besides rediscovering the many memorable sets from the film series, the Studio Tour offers visitors the unique opportunity to explore two soundstages and a backlot filled with original sets, animatronic creatures and breathtaking special effects. Then drive to the ancient city of Wincester, which was the former capital of England. If time permits, you may wish to visit the over 1,000-year-old historic Winchester Cathedral, one of Europe’s oldest medieval cathedral.

WINCESTER – STONEHENGE – BATH (Drive Time: 2 hrs)

This morning, drive to the mysterious Salisbury Plains, where you can find the iconic yet mysterious standing stones of Stonehenge, with the purpose of their existence still a mystery to date. In the afternoon, drive to the historic city of Bath which is also an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Start your day with a stroll along the Royal Crescent, a row of 30 terraced houses laid out in a sweeping crescent overlooking the Royal Victoria Park. This afternoon, you may visit the Roman Baths and walk on the ancient cobbled pathways as the Romans did some 2,000 years ago. Explore this beautifully preserved bathing complex which is still flowing with water from Britain’s only hot spring before heading to the Pump Room where you may enjoy the unique experience of sipping the spa water which is believed to have some healing power.

BATH – STRATFORD-UPON-AVON (Drive Time: 2 hrs)

Today, drive along the scenic countryside of Cotswolds to enjoy the beauty of nature as you make your way to Stratford-Upon-Avon. This picturesque town, which is steeped in history and culture, is also the birth place of William Shakespeare. In the afternoon, visit a restored 16th century house believed to be the home which Shakespeare was born and where he had spent his childhood years. If time permits, you may wish to catch a theatre production at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.

STRATFORD-UPON-AVON – YORK (Drive Time: 3 hrs)

Start your day by driving to York, the former capital of the Roman Empire where you can find some of the best conserved historical buildings and structures in Europe. In the afternoon, you may visit the York Minister, the cathedral of York at your own expense. This iconic landmark is the largest gothic cathedral in Northern Europe and houses some of the world’s greatest treasures.

Today, consider an optional trip to Jorvik Viking Centre to discover the sights, sound and smells of an authentically reconstructed Viking city as it stood over 1,000 years ago. Visit Clifford’s Tower, a proud symbol of the power of England’s medieval kings. If time permits, you may also visit the National Railway Museum and Castle Museum. Thereafter, you can spend the rest of the day at leisure.

YORK – PETERBOROUGH (Drive Time: 2.5 hrs)

This morning, drive south passing through Nottingham and Sherwood Forest where it is believed that the legendary Robin Hood and his band of “Merry Men” once roamed. Enroute, stop by the town of Stamford, the finest stone town in England. Stamford has over 600 listed buildings of mellow limestone in the town centre including five medieval churches. Continue your journey to Peterborough where you will spend the night.

PETERBOROUGH – LONDON – SINGAPORE (Drive Time: 2 hrs)

This morning, drive back to London. If time permits, you can do some last minute shopping before you return your rental car at the airport and board your flight home.
