DAY 1 |
Arrive in Jeju City – Seogwipo City
Upon arrival at Jeju International Airport, transfer to the vehicle rental office to pick up your vehicle. Transfer to the hotel in Seogwipo City by self-drive car. Enroute, you may wish to explore Hallim Park, which has a variety of gardens that can be enjoyed in any season. Be sure to not miss the park’s two most famous tourist sites – Hyeopjaegul Cave and Ssangyonggul Cave – known to be the world’s only two-dimensional caves. Next, proceed to the nearby Hyeopjae Beach – the beautiful white sand, cobalt colored seawater, and evergreen forests around the vicinity render the scenery beautiful. Take a short break at O’sulloc Tea Museum, where you purchase and savor sweet treats of green tea flavor. End the day with a visit to Sanbangsan Mountain – the result of violent volcanic activity from thousands of years back and is a huge body of lava. Free at leisure after check-in.
*Note: Flight arrival in Jeju International Airport must be before 19:00hours. |
DAY 2 |
Seogwipo City - Jeju City
This morning, transfer to the hotel in Jeju City by self-drive car. Enroute, enjoy the scenic view of the trail to Oedolgae Rock. Next, head to two of Jeju Island’s top three waterfalls, Cheonjiyeon Falls – its clear and deep water that is home to Mutae eels – and Jeongbang Waterfall – Asia’s only waterfall to fall directly into the ocean. You may wish to appreciate Jeju Island’s amazing scenic beauty and experience Jeju Island’s traditional culture at the same time at Jeju Folk Village Museum before visiting Pyoseon Haevich Beach. Often neglected by tourists, it has many attractive features, such as its 1 metre deep water, fine and soft shell-powder sand, and the surrounding thick pine forest. Free at leisure after check-in.

Today, you may wish to head to Jeju Stone Park, a cultural and ecological park that displays the history of stone culture pivotal to the culture and history of Jeju Island. After that, head to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site formed more than 100,000 years ago. The peak features a crater surrounded by sharp, jagged rocks.
