HOKKAIDO - SAPPORO CITY TOUR (B/L/D)

Depart for your pleasant flight to Hokkaido (for NH842). Upon arrival, we’ll drive pass the historic Clock Tower and make a stop at the Odori Park to view the Sapporo TV Tower and finally the Paseo Shopping Mall and Apia Underground Shopping Mall for a great shopping spree.

OTARU - ISHIYA CHOCOLATE FACTORY (B/L/D)

After breakfast proceed to Otaru, a lively port city famous for its canal and glasswork shops. Take a photo-stop at the Otaru Canal where all the century-old stone warehouses are lined both sides of the canal. Visit Kitaichi Glass Museum reputed by its antique lamps and hand-blown glassware as well as the historical red brick building – the Otaru Music Box Museum, where you can admire all the beautifully crafted music boxes and listen to its heavenly music. Next, we visit Ishiya Chocolate Factory to learn about the history and process of manufacturing chocolate.

RAMEN VILLAGE - ASAHIKAWA ICE PAVILION (B/L/D)

This morning proceed to Ramen Village to savour delicious renown ramen. After which make a stop at the Otokoyama Sake Brewery Museum, which has 330 year history of brewing some of the best sake in Japan. You’ll also get to sample different types of bitter and sweet sake. Then the Asahikawa Ice Pavilion, one of the rare ice museums that will fascinate you with the fantasy of the ice world. Tonight pamper yourself in one of the “Onsen” (hot spring bath) within the hotel.

FURANO - BIEI - LAKE TOYA HOT SPRING RESORT (B/L/D)

After breakfast, proceed to Sounkyo Gorge to view the Ginga and Ryusei waterfalls. This is one of the most awesome sights in Daisetsuzan, with waterfalls falling 150 meters down the impressive cliffs. Move on to Farm Tomita known for its famous lavender* spreading across Furano, giving the town a light fragrance and be amazed by the bright yellow sunflowers* blooming magnificently. Then drive towards Biei, popular for its magnificent view on the hill. Next visit the Furano Cheese Factory to learn about the process of manufacturing cheese products. Next, a photo stop at Lake Toya then check into an “onsen” hotel, where you’ll get a chance to view fireworks* by the lake in the evening. You can also relax yourself in one of the onsen (hot spring bath) within the hotel.

BEAR RANCH - MT. SHOWA - SOU-BETSU - NOBORIBETSU - JIGOKUDANI (B/L/D)

This morning, visit the Ezo grizzly bears and their cubs at the Bear Ranch located at the foot of Mt. Showa, an active volcano. Then proceed to Mt. Usu to view and feel the aftermath of the devastating earthquake. Next we will then stop by Sou-betsu Fruit Farm for a memorable fruit-picking experience (subject to seasonality). Afterwhich visit the Lake Hill Farm to experience ice-cream making. Thereafter proceed to Noboribetsu - Jigokudani "Hell Valley" where trolls guard bubbling hot sulfuric water that spews from the depths of the earth. Steam rising from spring scattered all over the valley, makes a fantastic scene.

CHITOSE - TOKYO - SINGAPORE (B)

After a good breakfast, we will check in for our flight back to Singapore (via Narita Airport or Haneda Airport) with sweet memories of ANA First Choice Holiday.
