Ø Arrival Transfer is scheduled for a maximum 2 hours service from the spot time, any delays or rescheduling may incur additional charges and is subject to availability

Ø Rescheduling of arrival flight within 24 hours will subject to additional charges

Ø Hotel Standard check-in time is 3:00pm

Ø All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any violation will be penalized $350 and up (non-refundable cleaning fee)

Ø The child admission tickets of Universal Studios Hollywood if purchased separately will be based on the passenger’s height as stipulated by the theme parks. Guests from 3 to 7 years old and less than 48 inches will pay child fare.

Ø Disneyland tickets will have surcharges on the following dates (please see attached):

February: 17-20, March: 24-31, April: 1-16, 21-23

Ø West Coast SIC are based on Station Guide and Driver; Mean different state different Driver Coach & Guide

Ø Others Hotel booking (not from our Tariff) request is upon subject to change + Surcharge applied

REMARKS

ü West Coast Booking are based on Instant Confirmed! Hotel confirmation only can provide to Agent at least 3 days before the date of Departure.

ü If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the operator, the operator will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expenses will be payable by tour participants.

ü We reserve the right to modify the itinerary without liability. Land Operator are not liable for the loss or damage of property of a guest while on tour, nor to any delays caused by weather, road conditions and other circumstances. (Purchase of Travel Insurance is strongly recommended)

Please arrange your flight arrive San Francisco (SFO) between 9am-9pm. All others have to charge extra transfer Fee (one way) USD95 (2 persons), the 3rd & up will be charged additional USD10/per person. (Max 4 pax in one car)
Remarks: If pax arrival before 9am, they have to wait & follow the Shuttle timing. Or else they have to pay on their own for the private transfer.

Canyon National Park is a designated World Heritage Site and is unmatched in the incomparable vistas that it offers to visitors on the rim. We will arrive back into Las Vegas in the evening.
