DAY 1
ARRIVAL KOTA KINABALU (D)
Depart by scheduled flight for Kota Kinabalu, the state capital of Sabah, also known as ‘Land Below The Wind’. Upon arrival, welcome by our representative and transfer for your choice of hotel. In the afternoon, proceed to Wetland Rivercruise, a mangrove forest reserve rich with river wildlife. Upon arrival, enjoy an authentic Malay style afternoon tea amidst picturesque rustic surroundings. If the weather permits, take a ride in an electric-powered boat to embark on a journey in search of long nose Proboscis monkeys and admire the beautiful sunset. Thereafter, behold the rare sight of groups of dancing fireflies on both sides of the forest which look like a star-studded night sky.
DAY 2
TWIN ISLAND DAY TRIP (MANUKAN & MAMUTIK ISLAND) - subject to change from time to time (B/L)
After breakfast, transfer to Sutera Harbour Jetty for an exciting day at the beaches. Luxuriate on the sandy beaches, swim in crystal clear water and enjoy a variety of water sports (at own expense). Snorkelling amidst myriad of exotic fishes or explore rich coral reefs on the island fringes. BBQ lunch will be served at the island . Thereafter, back to hotel and take a rest.
DAY 3
KINABALU PARK AND PORING HOT SPRING + CANOPY WALKWAY + DESA FARM - Depart every Mon / Wed / Fri / Sun (B/L)
After breakfast, take an easy 2-hour scenic drive from Kota Kinabalu - Kinabalu Park : a popular getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city where visitors can enjoy the cool invigorating air. Explore the local wholesale market for freshly harvested fruits, vegetables and other local produce in Kundasang. Don't forget to take photos of the breath taking scenery of Mt. Kinabalu if weather permit. After being freshened up by the cool air in Kundasang, proceed to the Desa Farm - it offers one of the most amazing scenery one could envision. It is an ideal destination for the whole family, where there are activities such as feeding the calves with bottled milk, feeding goats with grass, how milk is processed as well as the milking process are available for all. After that, proceed to Poring Hot Spring for a relaxing soak in the hot sulphuric mineral rich water, which is claimed to have curative powers. A must-visit for all visitors is the Poring Canopy Walkway. Stroll amidst the treetops of the Menggaris Tree the King of the forest and admire the view of the rainforest from a different perspective. The canopy walkway is 157.8m long and 41m high
DAY 4
DEPARTURE KOTA KINABALU (B)
Bid farewell to Kota Kinabalu as you will be transfer to airport for your flight back to home. If time permit, you can shop for souvenirs at local oducts and frozen seafood specialty stores.
